What Makes Our Steaks “Prime Beef?”
Less than two percent of beef processed in the world is rated as “prime beef.” Malone’s offers 100% USDA Prime beef, including our bone-in filet, New York strip, ribeye, and sirloin. Available individually or in packs, these flavorful steaks can be ordered online or picked up from Malone’s Lansdown.

Can I check my order status?
You will receive an email confirmation once the steaks are shipped with a UPS tracking number.

Can I pick up my order at the Malone’s near me?
Yes, you can pick up any retail steaks at any of our Malone’s locations. Please call the restaurants directly and speak with carryout to place an order.

Can I make changes to an order I already placed?
Once the order has been placed, changes will not be able to be made.

How are your steaks packed and shipped?
Steaks are always shipped fresh, not frozen (unless noted otherwise) in a styrofoam container and icepacks.

What do I do if my order arrives late?
All steaks have to be guaranteed in 2 days. Any steaks that arrive after 2 days, please call 859-335-6500.
